Daniel was a young Jewish boy from Jerusalem. ๐ฎ๐ฑ When he was a teenager, ๐ฆ powerful kings ๐ from Babylon invaded his hometown and took many young people away from their families to serve in the royal court. ๐ Even though Daniel was far from home ๐ก and everything he knew, he decided to stay true to his faith and be a good person. ๐

In Babylon, Daniel and his friends Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were chosen to learn the language ๐and customs of the Babylonian court. The king ๐ wanted them to eat special fancy foods ๐ฅฉ and learn to be advisors. But Daniel and his friends wanted to stay faithful to God's rules about food. They asked the palace servant if they could eat simple vegetables ๐ฅ and drink water ๐ฆ instead of the king's rich meals.
The servant was worried he would get in trouble, but Daniel suggested a test. For ten ๐ days, they would eat their simple food, and then the servant could see if they looked healthy. Amazingly, after ten days, Daniel and his friends looked healthier and stronger ๐ช than all the other young men who ate the king's food! God had blessed them for being faithful.

As Daniel grew older, he became known for something very special - he could understand dreams ๐ญ and messages from God that no one else could explain. Once, King Nebuchadnezzar had a strange dream ๐ด that worried him. He asked all his advisors to tell him what the dream meant, but none of them could. Daniel prayed ๐ to God for help, and God showed him the meaning of the dream. The king was so impressed that he made Daniel a very important advisor in the kingdom.
One day, some jealous officials tricked the king ๐ into making a law ๐ that would get Daniel in trouble. ๐ They knew Daniel always prayed ๐คฒ to God three 3๏ธโฃ times a day. So they convinced the king to make a rule that for 30 days, people could only pray to the king. Anyone who disobeyed would be thrown into a den of hungry lions! ๐ฆ

Daniel knew about the law, but he didn't stop praying ๐ to God. When the officials caught him praying, they told the king, who was sad ๐ข but had to follow his own law. Daniel was thrown into a pit full of lions. ๐ฆ The king was so worried that he couldn't sleep ๐ all night.
The next morning, the king rushed to the lion's ๐ฆ den and called out, "Daniel, has your God saved you?" To everyone's amazement, Daniel answered back! God had sent an angel ๐ who shut the lions' mouths, and Daniel was completely safe. The king was overjoyed ๐ and punished the officials who had tricked him. He made a new law telling everyone to respect Daniel's God, who could do such amazing miracles. ๐ซ

Throughout his entire life, Daniel showed that he loved ๐ฅฐ God and tried to do the right thing, no matter how difficult things became. He was brave, kind, and wise, and he trusted ๐คฒ God to help him through every challenge.
