50. parable of the lost sheep and lost coin

There once was a shepherd who took care of 100 fluffy sheep. 🐑 Every day, he led them to green grassy meadows where they could eat, and cool streams 💦 where they could drink. Each night, 🌙 he counted his sheep to make sure they were all safe: "1, 2, 3..." all the way to 100! 💯
But one evening, 🌛 when the shepherd was counting his sheep, 🐑 something was wrong. He counted once: "98, 99... where's number 100?" He counted again: "98, 99..." Oh no! One of his precious sheep was missing! Even though the sun 🌅 was starting to set, the shepherd knew he had to find his lost sheep. 🐑
He climbed 🥾 up rocky hills, calling "Where are you, little sheep?" He looked behind every bush and tree. 🌲 He searched in small caves and beside bubbling streams. The shepherd didn't care that his feet were tired 🥱 or that he had 99 other sheep safe at home 🏡 - this one lost sheep was so special to him! 🫡
Finally, he heard a faint "Baa!" Coming from behind some brambles. 🌳 There was his lost sheep! 🐑 It had gotten tangled in some thorny bushes. Very carefully, the shepherd freed his sheep and checked to make sure it wasn't hurt. Then, instead of making the tired sheep walk, he gently lifted it onto his strong shoulders. 🏋️ The shepherd was so happy 😁 that he sang all the way home!
When he got back to his house, 🏡 he called all his neighbors: "Come celebrate 🎉 with me! My lost sheep is found!" Everyone celebrated 🙌 together, sharing in the shepherd's joy. 🥹
Jesus also told another story about a woman 🧍♀️ who had 10 special silver coins. 🪙 These coins were very precious to her - they might have been part of her wedding 💒 necklace! One day, while counting her coins, 🪙 she realized one was missing.
Right away, the woman lit her oil lamp 🪔 because her house 🏡 was dark inside. She picked up her broom 🧹 and began sweeping every corner of her small house. She moved all her pottery jars, 🫙 looked under her sleeping 🛌 mat, and carefully swept every bit of dirt from the floor, hoping to hear the special 'clink' of her coin. 🪙
She searched for hours and hours. 🕰️ Finally, she saw something shiny in the dust - her precious coin! 🪙 She quickly picked it up and cleaned it until it sparkled. She was so happy 😀 that she ran outside, calling to her neighbors: "Come celebrate 🎊 with me! I found my lost coin!"
Jesus told his friends, "This is what God is like! Just like the shepherd cared about one 1️⃣ lost sheep 🐑 out of 100, and just like the woman cared about one ☝️ lost coin 🪙 out of 10, God cares about every single person. And when someone who was lost 😞 comes back to God, all of heaven celebrates!" 🙌
